central Hotel Experience
prime location bottle of wine attentive staff fresh options
I stayed in a double room figueira square view for three nights and appreciated the prime location. The room included a bottle of wine upon arrival it was a nice gesture. I found the staff very attentive especially in the restaurant. The provided breakfast offered enough variety and fresh options daily.
The room was quite small, made moving around a little difficult. Storage space was somewhat limited, especially with the wine and coffee machine taking up counter space. I could also hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway at times.

Absolutely Charmed by this Hotel!
welcome gift breakfast options great location
The welcome gift of bottled water and a lovely pastel de nata was special. The restaurant had really good offerings. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with pizza and omelette options available. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to many shops and attractions.

small room unhelpful staff
the location was decent. it's close to many main tourist spots.
the rooms seemed smaller than expected. i found out only on my last day omelets can be ordered and no one told us that before. the staff seemed unwilling to help.

small room leaking shower
the room was quite small. it felt cramped, especially with luggage. also, the cleaning wasn't great. i found a used coffee cup still there when i arrived. the shower door also leaked! water was all over the floor after every shower.

Central Gem, A Good Stay
early check-in professional driver central location welcome drink
The hotel gave me an unexpected early check-in, a welcome treat after my travels. Carina, who drove the hotel transfer, offered really good service and showed great professionalism. I noticed the central location allowed quick access to many cultural attractions, a definite plus for exploring. I was greeted with a complimentary welcome drink, a sweet beginning to my visit.
I found the sound isolation could be slightly improved. Noises from nearby rooms were sometimes audible.

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room
small room faulty shower door
The location was very convenient for seeing the sights.
The room size was quite small (almost claustrophobic, I'd say) for a supposed 4-star hotel. the shower door didn't fully close. This resulted in a puddle on the bathroom floor every time I showered (such a treat!).
